How to reach the people behind describe
describe is built by Ultravioleta DAO, permissionless and in public. There is no support desk, no ticket system and no support email — the working channels are the DAO's public community. Every channel listed below was verified live on 2026-08-22; anything we could not verify is not listed.

What to report where
Wrong or missing index data. First check
curl https://api.describe.net/health: a chain
absent from that list is not indexed at all, so ratings written there
are invisible by design, not by error. If the data is genuinely wrong —
a rating that does not match its transaction, a score that does not
match its composition — bring the wallet, the chain and the transaction
hash to the Discord. Every rating we serve carries its transaction
precisely so a report like this can be checked.
Bugs in the site or the API. Bring the exact request and the
response you got to the Discord. If you paid for the call, keep the
X-Payment-Receipt header — it is the public
settlement hash and it is how your report gets reconciled against what
actually moved on-chain.
Payment security. The only address this service will ever ask
you to pay is the published treasury,
0xe4dc963c56979E0260fc146b87eE24F18220e545. If a
402 challenge names any other address, do not pay — report it
immediately on the channels above. There is no dedicated security email
yet; for sensitive reports, a direct message to the X account is the
most private verified channel.
